A slight swag brag.
I had the opportunity to craft a warm, welcome box for new hires joining EAB. Inside new employees will find a welcome message from the Chief Talent Officer, the company’s values card, a newly branded spiral-bound notebook, a cup, and a stylish book bag. The contents inside the box that were chosen are connected to EAB’s primary mission of helping schools support students and bettering the community.
The goal was to not only provide new employees with a few of the tools they need to be successful in their new roles but to greet them in a way that sets the tone for EAB's wonderful workplace culture.
